Children's Activities
First Christian kids love to get together on Sunday mornings between 10am-noon to have time to play, connect and learn more about God’s love while the adults are in their activities. Plus, there are also other activities planned just for them throughout the year such as outings to go bowling, to the trampoline park, the park or just to gather at church to have fun playing games. Outreach
One thing that everyone in the church can get on board with is service! We love doing hands on mission projects both in and outside of the church. For example, here is a group of adults that volunteers each month at the Northeast Georgia Food Bank. We also regularly support them and other local groups with mostly collections of most needed foods and other household supplies. Want to join in a future service project? Gatherings
We are building a community of people who can know and love one another well. To do this, we love getting together both formally and informally outside of Sunday morning. Our gatherings most recently have included an intergenerational game night, book discussion dinners or author talks hosting speakers in our church building. Want to know more about future gathering? Music
Have you heard our choir? We have some fabulous singers a part of our community. The choir welcomes new members to rehearse with them throughout the year. We are also known for taking our choir on the road and singing in people’s yards who can’t regularly attend church anymore but who want stay connected. Being the “dome church” downtown with a building designed with wonderful acoustics for music, we love hosting events for our neighborhood that support bringing people together.
